4. Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers, each bound by data processing terms:

• Tilda (website platform, United Arab Emirates): website hosting and contact forms.
• Brevo (France): email sending and subscriber list. Data is hosted in the European Union.
• Google Meet (Google): video lessons and intro calls. Lessons are not recorded unless you agree in advance.
• Gmail and GMX: email correspondence.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or through the invoicing platform indicated on your invoice.

We never sell, rent or share your data for other companies' marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers, including our website platform, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Switzerland is recognized by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection.
6. Your rights
You can at any time ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, send it to you in a portable format, stop using it for emails or any purpose based on our legitimate interest, or withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.
Write to gosti.russian@gmx.fr or gosti.russian.lang@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). If you live in Switzerland, you can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
7. Our emails
We only send emails to people who have asked for them. You confirm your subscription through a link in a first email (double opt-in). Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a suppression list, so that we never write to you again by mistake.
8. Students under 18
Lessons for students under 18 are arranged with a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to the processing of the student's data. We do not knowingly accept email subscriptions from children under 15.
9. Security
We use providers with recognized security standards, protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and limit access to your data to what is necessary for our work with you.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to our subscribers.
